By briefing, planning, explaining, chasing, reviewing and reporting other teams the e-Commerce Manager Sales ensures that the mix of available online sales tactics such as 1-off emails, newsletters, homepage/ catalogue/ shop/ landing pages, 3rd parties, social media, customer care sales are used in the most effective way to maximize online sales. In addition he or she provides requirements for projects aimed at improving the online e-commerce.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Create a high level 2 year strategy in cooperation with Product Marketing . Create detailed 1 year sales campaign calendar
• Define online campaigns  and brief in a timely manner to other teams that execute.
• Project-manage the complete campaign process: Chase, review, test, sign-off and report on progress of campaigns.
• Work closely with the life-cycle manager to maximize the sales effect of life-cycles
• Define and test the optimised campaign and EOL price points within margins set by PMM/ Finance in all currencies

• Analyse large and detailed data sets in order to make recommendations around quick wins and longer term improvement. Investigate and analyse current state for the various countries & create concepts and plans for quick wins for these countries
• Drive substantial and measurable lift in customer satisfaction and retention rates as well as significant reduction in churn and incoming care calls
• Identify ‘big wins’ and manage the direction of optimisation of existing programs, take BoB examples from the industry as well as other companies that excel in online care and leverage these ideas to create a first-class online care experience
• Actively engage and advise in the design of intuitive, authentic online environments that help solve the customers’ issues immediately and in as little clicks as possible
• Hold responsibility for the online share in customer satisfaction, retention and NPS scoring
• Manage internal expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Drive for high standards and ensure these standards are met or even exceeded. Continuously drive for improvement.
• Closely cooperate with all corporate stakeholders, the local online marketing teams and relevant legal and technical teams to build out, monitor and guide all planning and implementation
• Develop, own and manage the end-to-end roadmap for online care optimisation SMSC Online Marketing & Sales, including being SPOC for country and corporate teams
• Create recommendations for online care developments based on results of best practice proven through business cases, testing and in-country or industry best practice

Job Description

As a Web/Graphic Designer your core responsibility is to continuously develop the online and digital media appearances of our brands. You will be responsible for the design of the various websites and keeping them up-to-date from a graphic point-of-view. This part will take about 80% of your time.

Furthermore the Web/Graphic Designer supports the Graphic Designer in visualizing our brands and products in print and promotional material within brand guidelines. This includes e.g. brochures, folders, advertising, packaging, banners and posters. You know how to design and how to deliver print-ready artwork.

In this position you will work in the Graphic Design Department and you will be part of the Marketing Team. You will receive operational guidance from our Graphic Designer Print and you will report to the Director of Marketing.

PROFILE

Knowledge requirements:
You have a MBO+ degree in (New) Media and/or Communications.
You are fully competent in (X)HTML, CSS. Preferably you have knowledge of Javascript and you are keen to develop your programming knowledge. You’re up to date with all the latest developments in front-end coding and web services so you know what’s possible in the fast moving technology.

Experience:
You have 2-3 years experience working with online content / media and executing successful social media campaigns, preferably within a cosmetic or fashion related and/or international environment.
You have a thorough understanding of social media tools and best practices.

Skills:
You are experienced in working with the WordPress CMS system. Preferably you can edit templates or even develop WordPress themes.
